grilled za.

pizza on the grill..it's awesome. we set up a pizza bar and invited a few friends over for some za... grilled za. i tried this dough recipe out for the first time and really liked it. i also threw a whole wheat dough mixture into the bread machine that wasn't bad either.. we had heaps of all sorts of delicious pies.. the favorite for the night was a pesto, cheese, caramelized onion, fresh garlic, and fresh mushroom... YUM.

how we make grilled pizza:
prepare dough
roll out dough
top one side w/ olive oil
throw (oiled side) on the grill for 5-6 minutes (it's always good to do a tester first)
oil the other side of crust
decorate grilled side with sauce, cheese, and toppings
throw back on the grill for 5-6 minutes

eat.

mmm mori. You continually amaze me. I always think: and she lives in a village and does all this stuff!! you make it all look like it is easy to get all the fresh veggies and stuff...looks awesome!!
