I'm not a fan of tomatoes, sad I know, I really want to be..there's just something about the taste and texture of a tomato that turns me off. Therefore, not a big fan of tomato soup. But this recipe has carrots! and other deliciousness that drew me in...I was very intrigued... so I tried it.. and it's GOOD. Probably the best tomato soup I've ever had. Take a look! or better yet... try it!

yes! tomato soup is the bomb with carrots. i used to make it very similar to this when we lived in paraguay. it was super tasty!

Now, if only I had some pilot bread! I wish I would have told my parents to bring some back! Some other homemade oatmeal/wheat bread is going to have to work!
